This page sets forth the Privacy Statements for (1) Surfer Protection Program, (2) our web sites, and (3) product purchases from our web sites.
1. Privacy Statement for Surfer Protection Program
Surfer Protection Program is a program designed to run on your computer and protect your privacy in an Internet that is ever changing. Surfer Protection Program is designed to operate without ever communicating on its own initiative with either our web servers or any other web server — regardless of the protocol (HTTP, TCP, etc.) being employed. The program will only contact web servers that (1) you designated as a forwarding proxy, or (2) are designated in the request that was given to the Surfer Protection Program by either your browser or third party software that is using Surfer Protection Program as a proxy.
2. Privacy Statement for Our Web Sites
We monitor traffic patterns and site usage for our sites, www.SurferProtectionProgram.com and www.IntelligentSoftwareModeling.com. All of our web pages, as well as their components, do not use Cookies. We collect the time, page URL, IP address used to connect to our site, as well as the Referer [sic] and User-Agent fields (sent as part of each page request) associated with any page requests to the aforementioned sites.
We may provide suggested links to sites with content we feel may be of interest to you. Note that these sites are beyond our control.
If you contact us using e-mail to either SurferProtectionProgram.com or IntelligentSoftwareModeling.com, we will retain the e-mail message and respond appropriately. We will not initiate any other contact using your e-mail address unless you indicate otherwise in your message.
3. Privacy Statement for Product Purchases from Our Web Sites
When you purchase Surfer Protection Program, you will be hyperlinked to our e-commerce merchant, Digibuy. Digibuy will collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date using a Secure Server that encrypts all data. This data is collected to process your order. Digibuy does not divulge this information to anyone except us, as described in the next paragraph. Digibuy will never send us, Intelligent Software Modeling, Inc., your credit card information. Digibuy will only send us your name, e-mail address, and mailing address. We use this information to generate a license file for you. The license file contains an encrypted form of this information. Surfer Protection Program uses this license file at startup. Surfer Protection Program can also decrypt and display this information to you when you select the “Registration“ command found within Surfer Protection Program's Control Panel. We will retain this information for our records. However, we will not divulge this information to any other party, except as required by law. Other than to furnish you with a license file (using your e-mail address) or to alert you to any newly-discovered security issue associated with your licensed copy of Surfer Protection Program, we will not contact you using this information.
