Installation
Surfer Protection Program employs a self-extracting installer from InstallShield, which uses the Microsoft Windows install service. Please note that, during the installation of Surfer Protection Program, you may be required to reboot your machine if the Microsoft Windows install service included in the download file is more recent than the Windows install service currently on your machine. Otherwise, the Surfer Protection Program installation process will not require a reboot.
Uninstallation
To uninstall Surfer Protection Program, use Microsoft Windows' ”Add/Remove Programs” application. It is located within the Microsoft Windows Control Panel, which is accessible from the Start Menu on your desktop (Start —> Settings —> Control Panel).

As of 20 Jan 2004, these files are still valid. HTTP hasn't changed and using regular expressions to block means not having to update configurations much.
